We aim to reply within two working days. Corrections are usually actioned faster than that, because they matter more.
What we can and cannot help with
We are an editorial publisher, not a broker, an adviser or a customer-service desk. There are a few things we get asked regularly and genuinely cannot do, and it saves everyone time to say so here.
We cannot advise you on what to buy. Not informally, not "just between us", not as a general steer. We are not licensed to give investment, tax or legal advice, we do not know your circumstances, and we will not pretend otherwise. If you need advice, a licensed adviser or an accountant is the right call.
We cannot help with your brokerage or exchange account. We have no relationship with your broker, no access to any account, and no ability to unlock, recover or investigate anything. If a platform has frozen your funds or you cannot complete a withdrawal, contact that platform's support, and if that fails, the relevant regulator.
We cannot recover lost or stolen crypto. If someone contacts you claiming to be from this site offering fund recovery, it is a scam. We will never ask for a seed phrase, a private key, a password, remote access to your device, or a payment to recover anything. We do not run a recovery service and we never will.
A correction
The most useful email you can send us. Fees change, waivers lapse, sponsors rename funds mid-year and some of our data comes from third parties. If a figure here is wrong, tell us what it should be and where you saw it, and we will fix it and note the change.
You are a fund sponsor
If we have described your fund inaccurately, or if a figure is missing because your site blocked our access, get in touch and we will correct or complete it. We do not accept payment for placement, but we do accept data.
A data question
Where a number came from, why it differs from another source, or what a table caption means. Our sourcing rules are on the methodology page, but if something is unclear, ask.
Press and partnerships
Interview requests, licensing our reference data, or a commercial enquiry. Please include the outlet or organisation and a deadline if you have one.
Before you write about an error
Two things account for most of the "your data is wrong" emails we receive, and both are usually a misunderstanding rather than a mistake.
The first is dates. Assets under management for a fund holding a single volatile asset move with that asset. Bitcoin rose roughly 25% during August 2026, so two entirely accurate figures taken three weeks apart will disagree substantially. Check the as-of date in the table caption before concluding a number is wrong.
The second is category. Our main Bitcoin ETF list covers only funds that hold bitcoin directly and list on a US exchange. Futures funds, leveraged and inverse products, covered-call funds and mining equity ETFs are deliberately excluded and have their own pages. If a ticker you expected is missing, it is probably on the full crypto ETF list instead.
